Shipping policy

We charge a flat rate shipping fee for each order depending on your location. Shipping times vary between each destination and delays are common if you are ordering from an international destination outside of Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Loomis Express, Purolator and USPS depending on your location. We generally take between 2-3 business days to process your order after we receive your payment and ship out your order. All orders include a tracking number.

OUR POLICY
We are not responsible for any order packages returned without notice from the customer.

We do not refund shipping fees or accept any returns due to hygienic reasons.

We are not responsible for undeliverable addressed parcels. You are required to pay the shipping & handling fee again if you request for us to re-deliver your order.
